Payments and Deposits
Your deposit ($295) holds your place in the workshop. You will be invoiced for the remaining workshop balance ($400) 30 days before the workshop start date. If you choose to cancel at any time, the deposit is non-refundable. Your entire tuition becomes non-refundable 20 days before the workshop.
If we are forced to cancel a workshop for any reason, your entire tuition will be refunded to you. For anyone traveling to workshops, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your expenses in case of cancellation.
If you have a personal emergency such as a death in the family, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to refund your registration fee on a case-by-case basis.
This workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants. In the event we don’t sell out or reach our minimum we will likely still make the workshop happen, however we do reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this case a refund will be given.
100% of the workshop tuition must be paid 30 days before the workshop begins. If a final payment has not been made by 30 days prior to the day of the workshop, that students spot in the workshop will be voided until payment is received. Any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.
